Q: Do I need to bring food?
A: If your pet has a regular food or special diet, it would be
best that you bring food so that nothing upsets your pets stomach
while boarding; however, its not mandatory and we do provide purina
adult as our house food at no extra charge.
Q: Do I need to bring bedding material?
A: No. We provide all bedding material and do not accept any bedding
unless your pet is staying in a suite.
Q: Can I bring toys?
A: Yes. If you would like to bring a toy we will gladly
give it to your pet. We allow one toy per animal in the Fun Runs but, please keep in mind however that very small toys may get bumped or knocked into the run next
to your pet and the staff may not be able to tell what is your
pets toy and what is not. Therefore we cannot guarantee toys will be returned.
Q: Can I bring treats for my pet?
A: Yes. By all means you may bring treats. the staff at the Pet
Lodge will always make sure treats are given as often as you like.
Q: What if my dog is on medication?
A: Not a problem. Just bring in your pets medication along with
a set of instructions and rest assured that your pet is in good
hands. This is considered our responsibility to your pet and is
offered at no cost.
Q: Can I pick up my pet on Sundays?
A: Yes. The Pet Lodge allows pick up on Sundays by appointment
only between 4:00pm and 6:00pm. Sunday pickups will be charged
for Sunday night as if they were staying till Monday.
Q: Can I get my deposit back if I cancel my booking?
A: Yes. You may receive a refund of your deposit if you cancel
before the cancellation deadline. The deadline is usually 14 days
before major holidays, but it best to check the cancellation calendar
on our website or call to verify dates. We do not require deposits
every holiday, just on major holidays, that is why it is best
to check first. If your booking is cancelled after the last cancellation
date, your deposit is then non-refundable.
Q: Does my pet need any vaccination?
A: Yes. In order to book your pet will need to be current on all
required vaccinations. Go to the vaccinations page to find out
more information and what vaccinations are required.
