How do you use The Barking Bus?

  1. You would first be required to stop by our facility at All Creatures Pet Lodge and take a tour of what we have to offer.
  2. Upon examining our facility you would be asked to fill out a booking form that lists your pets’ information as well as all pertinent information we would need.
  3. For a $5.00 charge you will be given a Barking Bus Boarding pass with your pets’ picture and general information. This pass is very important as it is required for all pickups. With out it we can not pick up and transport your pet.
  4. If you need to board and we have a Pick Up location in your area, you would call our main number 407-331-3161, leave a credit card number, and give the dates you will drop off and pick up.
  5. Once you receive a confirmation number you are in the system and will be required to drop off your pet by 9:00 am at your drop off facility on the dates you requested. When dropping off your pet you will also leave the boarding pass. Without the boarding pass we will be unable to pick up your pet and someone will have to come back and pick them up from your drop off facility.
  6. We will pick up your pet by 11:00 am along with the boarding pass and will transport your pet to All Creatures Pet Lodge for boarding. Days for bus services run Monday through Friday (NO SERVICE ON SATURDAY OR SUNDAY).
  7. The day you are to pick up your pet at your pick up facility, we will bathe and drop your pet off by 11:00 am leaving your boarding pass with your pet. You must then pick up your pet from the facility 1 hour before close. If you fail to pick up we will make a special trip back to the facility, retrieve your pet and board the animal at All Creatures Pet Lodge. This return Trip will cost $75.00 per animal plus standard boarding rates. There can be no exceptions to this rule. It is up to everyone involved to insure a smooth running service that benefits everyone.
  8. Something to remember: Because your groomer is where we drop off your pet, it might be worth making an appointment on your pick up day to have your pet groomed before coming home. That way you not only get to board at a great boarding facility, but your loved one comes home with a hair cut and groomed to your liking with someone you trust.
